The Spring chair manufacture is quite traditional in Italian industry: a shell covered with foam, then with fabric. What guided us here was the idea of a system: add two elements, make four different typologies from them. Comfort was of prime importance. The foot-rest is articulated on a spring that responds to the movement of the legs. The head-rest is adjustable, as is found in cars. “
