The pillow (pad) hot moulded under fabric has been used in a lot of design by the designer.
Later, the lotus chair for Cappellini uses the same technique ti provide a lot of pillows on the chair.
The Hi pad chair are the result of a production process that represents the perfect balance between technology and artisan craftsmanship: in these pieces, designed by Jasper Morrison, the skills of master upholsterers are combined with innovative techniques which allow for the leather or fabric cover to adhere perfectly to the three-dimensional edge of the padding.

The structure of these seats is made of beech plywood, with a fixed cover in the fabrics and leathers from the collection. The base is built of stainless steel with a satined or matte varnished finish in white, mud or anthracite.
